We
conduct Mass Grievance Redressal Programme regularly on specific
dates at different parts of the City. These programmes are duly
announced, well in advanced, in Kannada and English through respective
newspapers under 'City Briefs' before they are conducted. The grievance
redressal meetings are chaired by the Chief Traffic Manager,
BMTC.
We have also set up computerised Grievance Redressal Cell at
our corporate offices. Individual commuters or passenger associations
can register their complaints / grievances or suggestions / appreciations
directly through the telephone number 2295 2504.
